Philippians 2:9-11

 (Philippians 2:9-11)

Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:  That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;  And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

The church is likened to the body of Christ. The church is the fullness of the One who fills all things in all things. Is the church full today? This is not to say that the church is going to be like this, but that the original church has already become this way. If the church does not do that, however, it is not submitting to the Lord, the head of the church. So, all humans are dead in transgression and sin. Even in a church building, if a believer dies in transgression and sin, he cannot be saved as a child of wrath.

He has never repented. Even if he repented, he repented on his own standards. Hebrews 2:8 Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him. Today, millions of people in the world are living disobedience to God. Even those who are called to the church are overflowing with false Christians because they say that if they believe in Jesus without repentance, they will be saved. Truth and lies are as clear as light and darkness.

Even if a believer goes to church, he is dead if he is in the dark. So the Bible says to wake up as a child of light. It means to take off the old man and put on a new one. It is to be born again. Repentance begins with realizing that you are in the dark. That is why the saints rise from darkness to light and from the sleeping to the dead. Like a naked insect, take off the dark shell and fly up to the sky shining through the light. Numerous church people hesitate to peel the dark. Because they have been living for so long. Because they think it's their identity. The Saints can go to the kingdom of God because they have to die and be born again, not because they believe in Jesus.

"Every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord" is a new man. The new man is born again by water and the Holy Spirit. That is why God says, "If you believe in your heart that you have been raised from the dead, you will be saved." It means that the faith that dies with Jesus in the wilderness and enters Canaan is the faith that is recognized by the mouth and believed by the heart. This is the faith toward Canaan, which means "toward" that says, "Jesus is going to Jerusalem."

In Romans 6, the one who is baptized in association with Jesus Christ is "the old man dead and born again into a new life." What is said in Romans 10 is something that should not be used by newcomers who do not know about rebirth. What the Bible says, "Whoever calls the name of the Lord will be saved" is to a new man who is born again.

Even if a person comes out for the first time and confesses, "Jesus, you are the Christ," it is a meaningless confession if it is not born again. In 2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
