Philippians 1:1-6

(Philippians 1:1-6)

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

The Apostle Paul spoke to the Saints in Philippi Church, saying that from the first day, they have fellowship with them in the gospel. He is convinced that God will accomplish from the moment of fellowship in the gospel to the day of judgment. So in 2:12-13, Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

There are two conditions for salvation. In Acts 20:21, Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ. In Mark 1:15,And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. However, today, we see that most of the faith in salvation is only faith. So, if repentance is missing from saying, "If you believe in Jesus, you will be saved," then this is a false gospel. The assurance of salvation that most people say is joy and peace. "Always submit to your salvation with fear and trembling" means fulfilling through repentance. It is God who walks in the heart of the repentant. What is God doing? Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Even though the Bible says, ``Rescue salvation through fear and trembling,'' today, most people in the church seek only God of love and seek salvation with joy. It is because they say, "If you believe, you will be saved." In Philippians 2:10, "That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; This is not about salvation, but the power of the Lord. In 2:11, And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.. Repentance is to admit that Jesus is the Lord. For you can admit to give Jesus only if you deny yourself. If you are the master of yourself and you say, "Jesus is the Lord," it is a sincere confession.

What the Bible says "Lord" means "Lord" is God Himself. It means that God is the master and LORD. So, it means giving glory to God. In Colossians 2:6, As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Jesus is an unrepentant witness to those who are not Lord. In Acts 22:16 Ananias tells the apostle Paul, And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord. The Apostle Paul became blind, and he could not eat or drink for three days. At this time, the flesh is dead and the spirit is awakened. He realized Jesus' death for three days. The Lord at this time is Jesus Christ.

Jesus is the name of God. The saints call on the name of the Lord. In Romans 10:13, For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. That is, they mostly admit Jesus. The main acknowledgment is to deny me and to be the Lord Jesus Christ. In 10:13, For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Whoever calls on the name of the Lord is called by those who become Lord Jesus Christ. The reason is explained in Romans 10:6-10.

But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)  Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

The apostle Paul quoted Romans 10:6-8 in Deuteronomy 30:11-14.For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.  It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?  Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?  But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.

Romans 10 is not the story of the time when the blood of the Lamb was painted and crossing the Red Sea from Egypt. It is not a story of experiencing a pillar of cloud and a pillar of fire as you eat the flavor every day in the wilderness. This is what God said to a new man crossing the Jordan River into Canaan. Deuteronomy 30 is what Moses said to a new man who had no knowledge of Egypt, not an old man.

The new people thought, "It is said that Moses will die soon, but we should go into Joshua together with Joshua, and there is no Moses. They had only the heart of "how to obey".
Do not say, "If you go there, you will be at war with Anakjason, who has an iron chariot, but how do we obey the word of the Lord?"

The Bible says that we confess to give Jesus with a completely obedient heart. Resolving Romans 10:8-9 again explains: But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. This belief in the heart is the faith that enters Canaan and destroys the descendants of Anak and obeys the Lord, thus experiencing the kingdom of God on earth.

However, today, people are omitting this tremendous content from Deuteronomy and saying, "Believe in Jesus, if you admit to give Jesus with your mouth, you will be saved." Many churches today still say "what they say to the new life" to the old man. The object of saying, "Whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved" is the same for the new man. The word call in the name of the Lord is written in Greek with the word epi (preposition). In Romans 8:1-2There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. Those who are in Christ fear nothing and enter Canaan.
